The name Lêthën-lèthètê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Lêthën-lèthètê Bî was founded by Giant Emperor Scorpions Trgêbrthê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Lêthën-lèthètê Bî was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1340, by Giant Emperor Scorpions Trgêbrthê. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Lêthën-lèthètê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lêthën-lèthètê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Lêthën-lèthètê Bî is is constructed arround a semi-circular broad cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Lêthën-lèthètê Bî's exceptionaly well made fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

A look around Lêthën-lèthètê Bî seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do. On second glance, that chaos continues into adulthood. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Cultural Notes

Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Lêthën-lèthètê Bî they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will.
